Finals are for the Weary

I do not like finals. I do not like pimples. A final to me is like a really big pimple. Bulging, attention grabbing and distracting. When I think to myself that I have a final in a few days, my stomach churns and I throw up a little bit in my mouth. Luckily I had some cheerios and those taste good for a second time. Who needs microeconomics? Do I really need to know how much someone will cherish an item at a given price? I think not, but my professor says otherwise, so I take the test and tell them how the Income Effect works. Then I completely erase all of the information I learned over the quarter, and I start again with the next quarter..... The life of a UCSD student.

Things I bought Today...

Today I rode my bike from La Jolla through the hilly terrain of San Diego county to Mission Valley, to get to my end destination of Border's Bookstore. Unfortunately for me, the nearest Border's turned out to be 10 miles away from my current residence, and when you are confined to a bike and not a big fan of the insufficient public transportation at hand, I made the trek down Genessee Avenue to get the things I bought today. Which were:

Sigur Ros' "Heima"

and

Rainer Maria Rilke's "Letter's to a Young Poet"

Check this stuff out.
